User Responsibilities

Deposits are generally processed instantly, though in some cases — such as disruptions to banking or payment gateway services — processing may take up to 24 hours.
To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold. Our liability will not, under any circumstances, extend beyond the user's current account balance. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bdtk 11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or prolonged account inactivity. If an active balance exists at the time of closure and no rule violation has been established, that balance will be returned after verification.
Users may voluntarily request account closure at any time. Under our Responsible Gaming policy, self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 6 months, or permanently are available — accounts cannot be reactivated during the chosen period. For inactive accounts with no transactions for 12 months, bdtk 11 reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee, and users will be notified in advance via email or SMS.
Intellectual Property
